Category Search

You can search the Address Book by any Category and show details, with ability to Telephone, do Envelopes and Export Names and Address to other programs.

Export to a  File

You can export Stock, Address Book, and Current Orders, Invoices, Lists and your Stock Control Program Settings to other programs, e.g. Word, Excel, HTML or CSV.

Lists

For mail shots, mail merge and labels. Use Contacts linked to Company with or without Company Reference and with home or office address.
(Names can be copied from one list to another).

Diary

Allows you to enter appointments for as many staff members as you want, which you will be reminded about when the Stock Control Program opens.
Print out Appointments either for an individual or for everyone. Also holds details of Birthdays, which you will again be reminded of when the program opens.

Email Lists

For easy, rapid mass communication.

Archiving

Saves old invoices paid, and orders received, to a separate database.

General

Simple help is available throughout the stock control software. Stock can be picked by Product Name or Code Number and also filtered by Category.
Warning of Selected Invoice Date, Appointments and Birthdays. Apply your own logo to the opening screen. Export all reports to other Mocrosoft systems.
