The Address Book holds all of the details for as many companies and contacts as you want, all with as many addresses as you want, and changes smoothly between the two screens for company and contact.

The Category field has the following areas built in: Client, Employee, Shipper, other company's Staff and Supplier. You can add any other Categories you like such as Emergency, Family etc. You can then select a Category to find people and company by. You can also view a Category of entries from the Main Menu. Remember Only Clients can receive Invoices and Goods can only be Ordered from Suppliers.

People/Contacts can be attached to companies and two can be nominated as 1st & 2nd Contact for Envelopes, etc. As in the rest of the program, upper and lower case are taken care of and you can telephone, email and visit a website from the screen. You can attach associated files, private notes and pictures to the person or company. You can do envelopes, multiple labels and export the names and addresses to other programs. You can also search by address and telephone number. There's also space for a VAT number, credit limit and standard discount. Finally you can add and delete people from Lists (both Email and Date)
