On the right are all of the people who have accepted to come to the selected party.

On the left you enter the tables, the sizes and the shapes, then allocate people to them.
By double clicking the name on the right, you can see the past seating arrangements.

You can print table cards (both formal and informal), alphabetical and table lists, including or excluding menus and, finally, table designs.
