The Main Menu links you to all of the different parts of the Program

The Party Planner holds all of the details about your party:

Add or select a party, timings, costs, venues, invitees, etc

Select menus, numbers, details, menu cards, etc

Select entertainments, see details of provider, etc

Invite people, note acceptances, copy invitations from one party to another, contact invitees, etc

New Menus: this where you can make up new menus, identify entertainments and save venues:

Select Ingredients, enter courses for menus, notes, costs, etc

Book entertainments for any party

Table Plans: record all of your table plans here:

Shows the table plan for all the people who are coming to the party

Similar to the Table Plan section above - this will show a round table plan

Where you store all your names and addresses

Have as many lists as you want holding as many people and companies as you need

Enter your personalised settings to suit your own requirements

There is comprehensive help on every field in the program

In addition to all of the above, there are other forms dealing in:

Search Address

This finds all people and companies by town, county or post code (or part); you can telephone, email,
do an envelope and export the address shown to another program

Select any Category for a List

After entering a category, everyone added to it will be shown and you can telephone, email, export 1st and 2nd salutation,
do envelopes to 1st and 2nd contact/salutation and see addresses, all telephone numbers and email addresses

Address Book Report

This prints out the whole of your Address Book, either by name or by company

Lists with items

This allows you to add items given and received: excellent for present giving year to year, and similar to the List with Dates.
You can change the "Present From" heading to "Bought", 'Wrapped', etc.

Lists for Emails

This allows you to hold various email lists, from which you can email, copy, print out, etc

Easy Data Entry

You can enter the majority of the information you want in your Address Book, using a simple spreadsheet approach

Export

Export forms in various formats - you can do this with all reports

Diary

As well as the Diary, this shows all forthcoming birthdays during the year. The appointments are preset at the operator’s name,
but can be used for other peoples' diaries as well.

Click any date on the calendar and the pointer moves to the nearest diary entry and appropriate appointment,
but if no appointment has the same date, then a new entry can be made for that date.

Either a single person’s appointments can be printed out, or everyone’s appointments can be shown between selected dates.

Things To Do

Record anything from a shopping list to the points for a meeting with your supplier(s)

Back Up Data

A very useful function – back up all of your data files

Compact Data

Compacts the back end databases after information has been added or deleted

Popup forms for Birthdays and Appointments

These appear when the program opens and can also be accessed from the top menu bar.
The forms cover the date from today for the period entered in the settings table.
The Appointments are shown for everyone keeping a diary on the program. Both can be printed out
