Appointments:

This shows all birthdays and allows appointments to be made either for the primary owner of the database, or for any other consultants on it. As well as recording the appointment, you can invoice the client at the click of a button.

You can print out appointments for any or all of the consultants between selected dates. You can load different appointment charges from the Settings Menu, and select one of them here. You can also change the Invoicing Wording and choose between Fixed and Timed Charging methods. Finally you can see details of your Clients and contact them if you need to.
