Address Book:

This holds all the details of all your clients and anyone else you want to include in the address book.

It is made up of two parts, one for people and the other for companies. You can telephone, email and visit the web from the screen, have as many addresses as you want per person or company, attach relevant files and photographs from your computer and see past appointments.

In addition, you have five category fields you can name yourself to reflect your business – these are used to narrow down the selection, when making lists.

This view of the Address Book shows the Past Appointments of the person concerned. The screen form can be expanded and can also be printed out
