You can have multiple lists for Individuals and Companies. Where People are Linked to a Company you can either use their name with the Company link shown or not (see 1st Column). In addition for linked names, you can either use the Home or Company Address for labels & Mail merge (See Last Column.) Add names, copy from one list to another, produce labels, envelopes and mail merges, print the whole list, telephone or email straight from the screen. This is very useful for all your mail shots and much, much more. There is also a similar list for emails.

This shows the pop up form, where you select names, both People & Company to add to a List, selecting either the 1st Contact/ Married Salutation or 2nd Contact/Single Salutation.

When you add names, you can either use “Update & Close Personal” to add the Personal Names, without the Linked fields, but if you use the “Update and Close Linked”, it will add the Company Name and Title under the Linked Company.
